The National Security Authority (NSA), as an independent authority, categorically rejects Mr. Vratislav Mynář's allegations that information related to the security procedure, the so-called security clearance, and other emotional and unprovable statements about the NSA, which can be considered as damaging the reputation of the Office, has been leaked.

The activities of the NSA are subject to independent scrutiny by law, which is carried out by the ‘Permanent Commission of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic for the Control of the Activities of the National Security Office’. Neither in the past nor in the current parliamentary term did this Commission find any audited case to be wrong by the NSA.
