On 6. 11. The 2005 evaluation of the following operating systems was successfully completed:

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Standard Edition (32-bit); SP 1 (hotfixes 899587, 896422, 899588 and 907865)
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Enterprise Edition (32-bit and 64-bit versions); SP 1 (hotfixes 899587, 896422, 899588 and 907865)
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Datacenter Edition (32-bit and 64-bit versions); SP 1 (hotfixes 899587, 896422, 899588 and 907865)
  • Microsoft Windows XP, Professional; SP 2 (hotfixes 896423, 899587, 899588, 896422, 890859, 873333, 885250, 888302, 885835 and 907865)
  • Microsoft Windows XP, Embedded; SP 2 (hotfixes 896423, 899587, 899588, 896422, 890859, 873333, 885250, 888302, 885835 and 907865)

This evaluation was carried out in accordance with ISO/IEC 15408 (Common Criteria, hereinafter CC) and the products evaluated were assessed for EAL 4+ (EAL 4 augmented with ALC_FLR.3).

Based on the Czech Republic’s accession to the CCRA (recognition of certificates granted under the CC), these products can be used in information systems subject to certification in accordance with Act No 412/2005 on the protection of classified information and security capacity. When using these products in certified information systems, the security configuration of the evaluated products must be respected and the mandatory requirements laid down in Act No. 412/2005 Coll. on the protection of classified information and on security eligibility and its implementing regulations must be met.
