Act No 148/1998 on the protection of classified information and amending certain acts (‘Act No 148/1998’) required the organisation, in Section 61(2) of Act No 148/1998, to report all changes to the organisation’s security questionnaire to the Office on 1 April and 1 October of each calendar year during the period of validity of the certificate.

Act No 148/1998 expired on 31 December 2005 and Act No 412/2005 on the protection of classified information and security capacity, as amended, entered into force on 1 January 2006, which regulates the obligation of an entrepreneur holding an entrepreneur’s certificate (formerly an organisation certificate) in Section 68(d) of Act No 412/2005 to notify the Office, on 1 November of each calendar year, of any changes to the information contained in the entrepreneur’s application pursuant to Section 96(2)(a) and (b) of Act No 412/2005 and to document those changes in the manner specified in Section 96(2)(c) of Act No 412/2005.

Other changes after the issuance of the entrepreneur’s certificate are to be reported by the entrepreneur in accordance with Section 68(c) and Section 69(1)(c) of Act No 412/2005.
